Opportunities, It is a word that inspires hope, as well as something we can wish upon to make our lives better. It is a single event that will smash into us, enlighten us, and take us away on its fluffy-feathered wings where we will live happily ever after.
This was the message delivered at the lecture held on 23rd of November,2019 at the Power of Faith Lecture hall of Michael and Cecilia Ibru University.
The Guest Speaker of the day Mr.Clement Uti a Consultant and a Medical Personnel from the University of Greenwich delivered a lecture on “Opportunities abounding”
He said as individuals we need to learn to make ourselves ready for whatever challenge that might come our way. We live in a world of too many pebbles, too many sand and too many stones. Remember people are not attracted only to the content of a brand but they are also attracted to the image of the brand. Content bring about sustainability.
As an institution, we should ask ourselves how do we market MCIU. How can we showcase MCIU to the world? The opportunity is available to us now. We need to maximize our potentials to produce excellent results by promoting a positive image using the right content.
We should understand that we rise when we make others to rise and we fall when we are standing alone. Perfection is not attained overnight, we grow into perfection. Where you are, determines who sees you and who sees you determine who promotes you.
The strength of a man is not based on the number of biceps or triceps he has but the strength of a man is directly proportional to the source of a man. Impossibility can only be found in the dictionary of those that are weak.
When you make up your mind to do something make sure you do it. There is a need for you to work on yourself. It is important to have confidence in any decision you make beyond every reasonable doubt.
Always know that everyone you come in contact with is undergoing a battle you don’t know about. The fact that you have not gotten to your destination doesn’t mean you won’t get there. It is a matter of space and time
