DIRECTOR, AUDIT AND COMPLIANCE SHINES AT THE 2017 CIBN INVESTITURE CEREMONY
The 2017 Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN) Investiture of Fellowship was held on Saturday, 26th October 2017, at Victoria Island, Lagos. It was organized by the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN) for the conferment of the fellowship status, which is the highest grade of membership by the Governing Council of CIBN on members who sat and passed the examination of the highly esteemed institute of bankers, subsequently qualified to become a chartered banker and who also have risen to a senior management cadre in their organization and contributed to the growth and development of the institute at large.

Mr. Yomi Adelegan, the Director Audit and Compliance of the Michael and Cecilia Ibru University was one of the few that were conferred with the Fellowship of the Chartered Institute of Bankers. Present at the event was the Registrar/CEO of CIBN, Mr. Seye Awojobi, FCIB. The awardee, Adelegan Oluyomi Michael, FCA, FCIB, ACTI, and MNIM is dedicated, focused, articulate and resilient. Apart from being the Director Audit and Compliance, Mr. Adelegan is also a part-time lecturer in the Departments of Accounting and Banking and Finance of the University. He is at the completion stage of MSc. in Finance at the Babcock University, Ilishan, Ogun state. He is also a member of the Governing Council of the University as a representative of the Non-Academic staff.
